We take customer service very seriously and do our best to make sure you get your goods as fast as possible.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours.
If you have a change of heart, orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders have been processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive, we will replace your order!. This is our promise to you!
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and what item(s) you order. In rare cases, factors outside of our control will affect shipping times. Factors out of our control may include Weather, Strikes or Holiday Season.
Below is a general guideline for shipping times/amounts. The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Custom, made-to-order items are created on-demand. A few days are required to carefully prepare your custom order before we ship it to you.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. Our Customer Care team will take care of it and respond within 48 hours from Mon-Fri.
Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES
For international orders (and in very rare occasions, US orders), delays can occur in-transit, or holds can occur at the local customs office. It is possible to for orders to take up to 6 weeks to be delivered
Tracking information isn't available for every country and shipping updates can be delayed. Please refer to the estimated timetable above to determine when your order will arrive.
Additional fees, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.
